Terms and Conditions for Purchases

All product purchases are final sale.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital content; refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once purchase is complete.

Ad spaces/advertising content purchases are “all sales final”, and are not eligible for refunds.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not result in a refund or credit for the current billing period. Access to the original purchased version of the digital product(s) remains available (linked in your original invoice) to the purchaser.

If your order containing physical products arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue. To inform us of a problem with an order containing physical product(s), please email momsbehindthemagic@gmail.com and allow 3 business days for a response with further instruction.

In cases where physical product(s) are delivered to you damaged or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund, or to have the product(s) shipped to you again. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Digital guides/content/documents are not guaranteed to remain evergreen. Updated versions may be released and offered for purchase, but previously purchased guides will not be automatically updated, revised, or replaced. Moms Behind the Magic is not responsible for providing ongoing updates or revised versions of previously purchased guides.

Moms Behind the Magic is not responsible for lost digital content. Please be sure to save your email invoices (which contain links to access your digital guide(s)/content/documents) for your records.

Moms Behind the Magic offers travel agent versions of digital guides, content, and documents for use by paying/paid members of the travel agent community. These travel agent versions are priced to include authorization for redistribution (with conditions*, detailed below). Travel agent versions are intended to serve as companion guides to our podcast episodes and may include references encouraging users to listen to the Moms Behind the Magic Podcast. However, the travel agent versions of our digital guides/content do not include any direct sales verbiage encouraging your prospective clients to book travel with members of the Moms Behind the Magic team.

Upon purchase, your emailed invoice will include:
     1) A view-only, ready-to-share guide link, and
     2) An editable guide template link (via Canva), which includes a designated template page for you to customize with your own messaging, update content details as appropriate, and encourage prospective clients to book their travel plans with you.

Please be advised, digital guides/content/documents are not guaranteed to remain evergreen. Reselling any digital guides, content, or documents originally created by Moms Behind the Magic is strictly prohibited, including edited or personalized versions. Travel agent versions of our guides/content may not be sold to the public or to other travel agents. All Moms Behind the Magic original content must be purchased directly from Moms Behind the Magic. All rights reserved.

*Permitted use of the travel agent versions of our digital guides/content may include promoting a guide as a lead magnet on social media, leveraging guides to grow your travel agent business, and/or providing guides to already booked clients as part of your client nurturing process. You are welcome to use these guides in any way that feels effective for your travel business—provided they are never resold or redistributed for sale. Furthermore, travel agent guides/subscriptions are intended only for the access of the specific individual who made the original purchase (i.e. they are not intended to be shared with other travel agents, unless specified otherwise).
